We are looking for a Business Development Manager for SAP Service line in Europe. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Europe and/or to India will be required from time to time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible along with the sales team for growth and performance target of the SAP Business Intelligence and Performance Management technologies including SAP HANA, SAP BW and SAP Business Objects portfolio
• Responsible for customer satisfaction.
• Drive the creation of annual business plan/strategy where in the targets for the following Financial Year (Revenue, People) are finalized together with the strategy to achieve the same
• Provide consulting services to the customers of TCS Nordics and Europe in general
• Develop value added consulting solutions and offerings
• Work with TCS customers and prospects provide them opportunities to benefit from TCS thought leadership
• Identify new opportunities in market and convert into Go To Market initiatives
• Perform Solution Architect role and liaise with other internal groups in driving the completion of RFP responses
• Manage the learning and development of the teams involved in serving Nordic and European customers
• Achieve the revenue and profitability targets set in alignment with the overall organization objectives
• Understand the needs and trends in the Nordic and Europe market and tailor TCS?s existing solutions and/or create new solutions
• Work in a Global Delivery Model including the onshore-offshore model to leverage TCS?s global consultant pool to deliver the most cost effective services to the clients
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 15 years experience in IT management consulting, pre-sales, sales and IT Services delivery, business development, creating GTM strategy and CXO level client relationship management
• Leading engagements and developing solutions for clients and specific focus on SAP Business Intelligence and Performance Management, BIG DATA and Data Mining
• Fluency in English (written/spoken).
• Masters degree or equivalent in Business Administration + Bachelors degree in Computer engineering /Electronics engineering
• Wide experience with SAP Business Intelligence and Performance Management, BIG Data and Data Mining technologies
• Build the TCS Nordics team with the right competencies, experience and staffing numbers to serve the Nordic and European market effectively and efficiently
