The digital transformation initiative in Processing Solutions & Equipment, strive to embrace the digital transformation within all four major areas: Processing Solutions Business, Projects, Supplier Management and Production, and expand the opportunities with digital into customer values. The initiative is part of the digital transformation initiative of Tetra Pak involving close collaboration with other entities across the company.
In this position you will be working with customers, cluster functions and across all units of Processing Solutions & Equipment. You will report to the Digital Officer, PS&E and be based in Lund, Sweden. The position requires travelling approximately 10-30%.
Main responsibilities
• Lead the identification and prioritization of PS&E digital opportunities
• Lead new Processing Solutions business model identifications emerging with digital, to fit customer needs
• Verify & Validate business model hypotheses in collaboration with customers, clusters and experts
• Identify potential partnership opportunities together with clusters/customers and internal functions
• Build a cluster and customer pipeline on digital opportunities
• Be a strong digital change ambassador and keep on top of global digital trends
Qualifications
This is a newly created position and we are looking for a passionate individual possessing strong entrepreneurial and change skills with the ability to influence and deliver results in a dynamic business environment.
The successful candidate has:
• A university degree within technology or BA
• Experience of successful commercializing new products/services and/or business models
• Formal/informal leadership experience in one or more of the following areas: strategic planning, business relationship management, business process management or supplier management
• Strong technical knowledge from IT/Cloud/Data Management/IoT/Big Data/Industry 4.0 field
• Genuine interest in digital transformation and related opportunities in value chains, our F&B society and global trends
As a person you should be:
• A highly-driven and motivated individual with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Accustomed to drive change management and ability to exercise informal authority
• Able to navigate and influence a multi-cultural and global organisation and the mind-set to constantly challenge and disrupt the status quo
• Customer centric with the ambition of building mutually beneficial relationships
• Able to link new technologies and innovative concepts to tangible business value creation
