Three Sweden accelerates development of new growth initiatives and now offers you the chance to work in one of today's most interesting technology sectors. We are looking for an ambitious and motivated candidate who is eager to take new products and services to the market.

To be successful, you will have to understand customer needs and business potential, do relevant market analysis and keep yourself up to date on new technology. Your role will be to identify and create new business by exploring growth areas such as IoT, data monetization and new related digital services. You will also have a vital role to contribute to the innovation and challenging culture within Tre. Our team also work close to the global teams and strategic partners within the Hutchison group, Investor and the other Tre operators in Europe.

You will have responsibility for and independently drive projects from idea to launch. We believe in strategic partnerships so you will work to identify relevant partners, both locally and globally. You will be part of the New Growth team and report to CCO New Growth Initiatives.



Your responsibilities

• Develop a good understanding of customer needs, products and new markets. Continuous monitor trends and market analysis for use in strategic work for new products & services
• Take potentially disruptive innovations forward from the seed stage to the market. Proactively identify, lead, and manage new growth initiatives and new business opportunities in order to meet company growth targets
• Shape and execute New Growth strategy within focused and selected areas.
• Initiate and manage New Growth project pipeline; proof of concept, minimal viable product, business case and go to market plan
• Establish new and develop existing relationships with our external partners, including commercial negotiations on terms and business models.
• Participate in relevant global forums and close cooperation within the framework of Hutchison global teams
• Close collaboration cross Tre's organization; business areas B2C and B2B, IT & tech, finance, legal, product management, device team, marketing



Your personality

• You have the ability to combine strategic thinking with a "role up your sleeves attitude"
• Tech savvy and able to grasp complex concepts and understand future customer needs
• Ability to focus on the customer's challenges/problems and work agile to explore solutions.
• Strong communicator. Boardroom presence and presentation skills



Your experience

• Minimum 10 years of business development and/or startup experience with proven ability to build new business, creating new business models, business units, and/or verticals.
• Excellent and experienced project management skills with experience from big, complex projects with many stakeholders
• You have gained experience from digital business development and/or telecom, media, consumer markets or corresponding. Proven business development success is meritorious.
• Experience and capability to work in/with global teams and company groups.
• University degree
• Applicant must be fluent in English and Swedish, verbally and written
