About the job
Our objective at the Strategy and Transformation department is to accelerate Seco's digital transformation. We deliver innovations, solutions, and offers that bring worth to our customers and partners. As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities include:
Identifying and creating meaningful relationships with strategic partners, selected customers and liaising with existing collaborators.
Defining new and upcoming business opportunities and potential by reviewing customer data and input.
Establishing relationships and a network internally within Strategic Sales, and externally through our different divisions within Sandvik Machining Solutions.
Keeping up to date on latest trends and competitors.
Contributing to DOT strategy regarding direction, positioning and future potential.
This role can be navigated from one of our sites across Central Europe and the Americas.
Your profile
We're looking for someone with a degree in Industrial Management, as well as experience in various fields, such as M&A, digital services, sales and business development. You also possess a business management mindset of an experienced professional. As we're a cross-border organization, you have prominent English skills, in both written and verbal form.
Your personality is what matters - you're a problem solver with a positive and can-do attitude whilst also balancing a strategical and analytical approach. Furthermore, you're an efficient communicator who believes in the fact that solid collaborations lead to greater success!
