We are now strengthening our sales team within our Electronics Technology division, PartnerTech Vellinge AB, specializes in electronics, including PCBA, box build and prototyping.
We are strengthening our sales team! As our BDM for Electronics Technology Division you will actively identify, pursue and develop new strategic customers in need of our support with technically advanced products and complex solutions. You'll meet interesting Companies and together with their management team develop valuable business through defining customer needs, expectations and conditions. The right candidate's performance will have a significant impact on the Company result.
You will report to Director Sales & Market for the Electronics Technology Division and either be based at the office in Malmö or at home office, preferably in the Southwest of Sweden.

Qualifications
For this position you have a completed university degree or have gained similar experience elsewhere, as well as at least five years of experience within relevant sales and business development area. Business acumen and good knowledge of relevant production techniques is required to be able to find the best customer value. If you have worked in an international organization before it is an advantage. You need to be fluent in Swedish and speak our company language English. A valid driver's license is required. It is also important that you are used to work with Microsoft Office.
You are a responsible team player with strong communication skills to ensure appropriate communication at several organizational levels. Other strong skills is negotiating, ensuring good customer focus and capability developing new customers. It is also important for us that you have a good sense of humor, understand we are one Company and have the ambition to grow together with us.
