We are looking for a Business Development Manager, Automation Services who will together with the team play a key role in the Technical Service must do to strengthen our core service business.
Your main role will be to lead and drive the development for Technical Service initiative for Automation Services, initially by leading a network of Business Developers, and you will work globally across the company with roles in both the clusters and market companies. For the right person, there is big future development opportunities within this position.
This position will be based in Lund but requires around 50-70 days per year of travelling. You will be a member of the Automation Services Management team and report to the Director for Automation Services.
Main responsibilities
• Drive the Technical Service Initiative for Automation Services. Protect and Grow the Automation Services Business
• Develop and drive the Automation Services strategy globally
• Global P&L responsibility for Automation Services.
• Manage a portfolio of projects and activities related to parts in clusters and globally.
• Lead the parts business development department in terms of budget and people
• Be part of strategic business development for Automation Services Management Team
Qualifications
We believe that you have a strong personal drive for results in combination with the ability to lead and motivate others.
You have excellent communications and networking skills to manage relations in a cooperative, diplomatic and successful manner.
You cope with changes and set priorities properly. Experience from leading others and develop teams is seen as a merit.
A good knowledge about automation and information systems is required. Experience from working with customer and customer relations is highly valuated. You have a university degree and strong communication skills, both verbal and written English combined with strong presentation skills.
