We are growing and looking for more business partners and strategic alliances in EU. Sofwen consultants have been working with a number of international companies some of them includes Thomas concrete group (TCG [Sweden],CureMD US,PetroGULF, SMIT Gaskits [UAE] and number of small and private businesses around the globe. These services includes development of Web and Mobile application. In environmental services area we have done a number of projects. Sofwen represents the LCA software Ecodesign+ in Sweden. 1. Collaboratively works with assigned projects team and offshore clients in order to maximize output and business opportunities and establish long-term relations with customers and partners.
2. Achieves/exceeds business targets and gross profit quota by identifying, prospecting and qualifying new customers through strategic partners in Nordic territory.
3. Leads negotiations, coordinates complex decision-making process, and overcomes objections to capture new business opportunities.
4. Evaluates software contract spend and utilization in a given organization.
5. Supports marketing related events, seminars, mailings and call campaigns to increase awareness and presence in the local market.
6. Facilitates all communications, project planning process and reporting of customer and partner transactions in territory.
7. Develops strong knowledge in licensing, negotiation and relationship skills.
8. Effectively communicates and presents the Sofwen value proposition to executive levels of an organization.
9. Performs other duties as assigned by Sofwen.
Desired Skills and Experience
• Have master or least Bachelor in business management.
• Experience in high-tech or service-related industry with preferred successful software sales or services sales
• Experience of free lancing and in strong account management.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives.
• Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with C-level executives.
• Highly motivated and results oriented.
• Fluent in English, Urdu and Punjabi. Swedish is an advantage.
• Strong presentation, communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Flexible to work for day and evening.
• Able to travel with in EU because the job required at least 25% traveling.
• Knowledge of Programing languages like Java, C#, .Net and HTML is highly desirable.
