We are currently looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our growth journey and drive the future of our Swedish organization! This position is an excellent fit for an individual who is ready to take ownership, create opportunities and make a real impact.
Role and responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, you will take full ownership of driving the growth and development of our Swedish operations. Your role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building a strong professional network and increasing our brand awareness in a new market. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from lead generation to sales negotiations and deal closing, working closely with our product development organization to ensure successful service delivery. As part of our Nordic growth team, you will play a key role in shaping a new business operation by leveraging our well-established product development function.

Your background & Competence
The ideal background for this role is a combination of technical expertise and commercial insight. We hope that you have former business development experience and market knowledge in the tech industry, ideally in a product development environment, where different areas such as mechanical and industrial design, electronics and embedded systems are tightly combined when ideas are turned into successful products. Engaging with customers to understand their needs and customizing solutions accordingly requires both a strong interest in technology and solid technical understanding, so a university degree in a technical field is preferred. From commercial perspective, we expect you to have a proven track record in sales and driving business growth. You are an experienced negotiator and your advanced communication and presentation skills in both Swedish and English enable you to build strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders. You have self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset and your approach to building and scaling new business is reinforced by your structured way of working and project management skills.
