In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Be part of our major transformation towards always on marketing with insight driven interactions based on data.
• Drive business requirements and vision for a scalable solution for all four home markets that support business objectives to increase customer satisfaction, increase sales with high operational efficiency.
• Be the subject matter expert for business needs collaborating in virtual teams driving business requirements for new capabilities related to channel experience of proactive recommendations.
What is needed in this role:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• 5 years of working experience within business development, strategic marketing or marketing automation.
• Education or experience working with ux-design and/or cx-design.
• Self-leadership and strong ability to grasp new concepts, dive into details and effectively produce results and high-quality deliverables.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, experience working according to agile methodology and in cross functional teams is an advantage.
• Strong logical skills and ability to process complex information and draw accurate conclusions from it.
• Experience from Marketing Automation area, knowledge about Pega Marketing, Adobe Analytics and Qlik is an advantage.
• Excellent skills in PowerPoint are expected.
• Knowledge about Adobe Experience Manager, Pega Marketing, Adobe Analytics and Qlik is an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
