Business Development Manager
Malmö, Sweden

Overview
As a member of our sales organization, the Business Development Manager (BDM) has a lead role in creating and maturing new business opportunities. Additionally the BDM will have strategic responsibility for some of our key customers.

Key Job Activities
• Identify and secure new customers
• Develop existing customers by securing new sales
• Manage the customer interface and increase customer loyalty

The position is based in Malmö, Sweden and the successful candidate can expect approximately 60 - 80 travel days per year.

Candidate profile
The successful candidate will possess the following traits;
• At least 7 years sales management experience in an international B2B environment
• Track record of successful new sales with individual contract values in excess of 10 MSEK
• Front line experience in an international manufacturing company

Other skills
• Result orientated and ability to get the job done
• Confident and natural charisma
• Effective communicator and good skills in ?people management?
• Independent operator that can work with little supervision
• Ability to make decisions and lead a team in a successful and profitable manner
• Be able to work under pressure
