The heart of Repli5's technology is its software platform WorldMaker that interprets the various sources of input data, processes it and generates awesome digital worlds that are needed for the industry to take the next step towards autonomous systems.

About the Job
As the Business Development Manager, you will be a pivotal part of the management team. You will support the CEO in his duties as well as running your own projects. It is a challenging and fun role that will give you valuable experience and a good ground to grow within the company. The role covers the areas of sales, marketing and strategy, and requires a versatile and structured personality.
Responsibilities
• To support the CEO in his work
• To improve and execute on the sales plan together with the management team - Analyse and identify new markets and business opportunities
• Analyse the customer landscape
• Manage the new-sales pipeline
• To pursue customer leads and moving them through the sales cycle - Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation
• Present and follow up on suitable product offerings
• To be part of shaping and improving the company strategy
• To improve and execute on the marketing activities - Develop a marketing strategy together with the management team
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Requirements
• Education: BS.c., MS.c. or equivalent degree
• Work Experience: 2+ years in similar roles
• Office Software: Skilled in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Easy to communicate and collaborate with
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills are must-haves
• Proficient in English
• Structured and being able to run several projects in parallel
• Not being afraid of diving into new areas and tasks
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
• Be analytical and highly organized
• Experience within software or automotive industry of any sort is a plus
• Take on new tasks with great enthusiasm and not being afraid of getting your hands dirty
