The Role
Varnish Software is looking for a Business Development Manager Rockstar who strives to push boundaries and develop their career each and every day. Growing at a rapid pace, Varnish Software are disrupting the Content Delivery industry and require experienced a-players with a thirst for action and an appetite for massive earnings.
This role entails that you establish trust and credibility with end users partners
Developing, managing and grow relationships within our key account customers and new customers, presenting to C-level executives the value of our web and content delivery solutions
Forecast sales activity, revenue achievement in and renewing contracts, while creating satisfied customers.

The Business Development Manager is to be responsible for successful management and
development of Tier 1 2 accounts across Scandinavia. It is a person that will make certain
existing/potential customers see a high degree of value in the products and services to
ensure they want to renew their contracts or become a qualified prospect. This person will
work closely with the Sales Manager and local Partners for the region. The overall mission is
to increase the awareness of products to existing and potential customers.

Required Skills/Experience:
Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quota
Both SaaS and on-premise selling experience is preferred
Previous experience utilizing a proven sales methodology
Minimum 3 years of new business development
Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the C-level
Excellent presentation and poise
High-energy self-motivated and goal-oriented
A relevant business degree or other equivalent qualification
Must be willing to travel in Scandinavia
Fluent in English and Swedish
