www.cylon.com.Cylon Controls Ltd is expanding and are looking for a Business Development Manager for the Nordic market (SE, NO, DK och FI).
You will be responsible for:
• Sales and Marketing activities in the defined territories of Sweden, Norway, Denmark & Finland.
• Securing sales growth through various channels to market e.g. Consultants, mechanical contractors and end users.
• Establishing new business partners in the defined market
• Responsible for all regional sales related activities in System Integrators (SI?s)
• Technical product demonstrations
• Initial first line contact for technical support to System Integrators,
Consultants and End Users
The position requires extensive travelling and you will report to the International Sales Manager.
This challenging position requires an individual who will be part of creating the continued growth & success of the company.
You have a relevant university degree.
You have:
• a minimum of 5 years sales experience as well as industry experience around Building automation/HVAC/BMS.
• A proven track record in business development
• A proven ability to demonstrate the commercial acumen to work and succeed in a highly competitive fast moving environment.
• Significant & broad sales experience with a proven track record ideally including B to B and technical sales environment.

• Sound judgement & maturity coupled with an ability to prioritise conflicting demands.

Native Swedish, Norwegian or Danish and fluent English. You have good IT skills.
