As a Business Development Manager, you will lead cloud migration and cloud native sales in non-UK Europe. Also, you will develop a targeted long-term new business strategy to encompass regional stakeholders and foster growth in these key areas for the future, as well as identify and generate new sales leads and Explain CMA capability & offerings to TCS Europe Geo team, IOU teams and clients. Further responsibilities include:

• Maximizing networking opportunities and regularly using conferences, events and trade shows to increase awareness and develop a further network of contacts
• Identifying areas for expansion and development
• Demonstrate CMA cloud solution to customer and other internal stakeholders
• Working closely with the marketing department to develop bespoke campaigns to relevant prospects
• Maximizing networking opportunities and regularly using conferences, events and trade shows to increase awareness and develop a further network of contacts
• Ensure and manage CMA cloud migration and cloud native pipeline
• Prepare & present reports to higher management
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Attending & participating in conferences, meetings, and industry events

You should have at least 17 years' experience of Enterprise IT and Solution Architecture, as well as design and integration of applications and data. You are an expert in Cloud Migration, Pre-sales and stakeholders management and have experience defining technology blueprints, architecture roadmap, transition states, gap and impact analysis. Your technical proficiencies include: AWS, Azure, GCP, PCF, IBM Bluemix PaaS, Different mobility technologies including AngularJS1 & 2, IBM & Oracle SoA, Open Source Big Data related technologies including Hive & Pig, Java, NodeJS, Oracle DB, MySQL, EE, Spring/ ORM Framework. The role also requires excellent understanding in cloud technologies and customer interaction. You are a well experienced leader with good interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
