BL CSI Strategy and Innovation within BUGS is responsible for market analysis, business strategy formulation, portfolio strategy, harnessing innovative offerings in the portfolio and M&A projects for CSI business.
Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to drive acquisition cases for BL Consulting and Systems Integration globally. This will be done in close collaboration with the BU?s M&A teams, Regions M&A teams, CSI Practices (global and regional), GF Finance and Strategy. Additionally, the role is to pro-actively facilitate organizational strategy development & long term transformation plans for the organization to reach the Wanted Position by establishing & driving strategic initiatives/programs (both growth- & cost optimizing) across the organization as defined in the organization?s strategic plan. The role will also secure the foundation for cross-organizational coordination of teams & secure close cooperation with the BUs, Regions, Practices, CU?s & Operations to improve ways of working, competence & knowledge management in all areas.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
Scanning the market for potential acquisition targets relevant for CSI business
Drive the execution of M&A deals
Lead the design of integration projects
Alignment & prioritization of strategic initiatives/programs
Drive Operational & business excellence
Establish & drive strategic initiatives/programs
Cross-program governance of strategic initiatives/programs
Position Qualifications:
Master degree in relevant field. MBA is an advantage.
5-10 years of broad experience, gained across functional areas/businesses, from a mix of strategic consulting, operational roles as well as commercial experience
5-10 years? experience of managing strategic programs focusing on driving change in organizations or high level business development role with specific responsibilities
Minimum 5 years in project leadership roles
In depth understanding and awareness of ICT industry, both operators and ICT services.
Proven experience of M&A deals execution
Knowledge of Ericsson Portfolio
Financial and commercial Acumen & Skills
Strong communication Skills
