hela Sverige We are now looking for a Business Development Manager with the responsibility to increase the market share by acquiring new clients and selling business solutions to existing clients, drive pipeline for business development. The role will be based in Stockholm, Sweden but flexibility to travel across Nordic countries and India is a must.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate new leads for revenue growth
Tag TCS for DpoR, BIF and other incentive programs
Support account teams with commercials and solutioning
Establish executive connects between key stakeholders
Drive TCS services revenue through Microsoft products and cloud services
Establish TCS as a preferred SI partner within Microsoft eco system
Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree
8 years of work experience in Business development, customer/client facing
Fluent in English. Knowing other Nordic languages is a plus.
Experience in sales, pre-sales and management consulting.
Very good knowledge & understanding of offerings, processes and operations in an offshore centric environment.
Very good knowledge & understanding of Microsoft product portfolio
Experience of working with executive client stakeholders.
Experience in developing consulting offerings and solutions.
Experience of delivery management in an Onsite/ Offshore model.
