Business Development Manager, Fabrinet

Fabrinet is now looking to recruit a highly motivated Business Development Manager for the European expansion efforts. The position reports to Executive Vice President Sales & Marketing.
Main responsibilities and activities:
• Target and drive more opportunities and sales growth within the European Markets.
• Develop a trusting and strong business partnership with the customers.
• Maintain a close working relationship between the customers and the factory.
• Improve current processes and routines to make the business more efficient.
Education:
Academic degree (at least four years) with a relevant discipline.
Job Requirements:
• More than 5 years of EMS/CEM new business development.
• Familiar with selling contract manufacturing services or affiliated industries.
• Knowledge of multiple vertical product markets such as Medical, Industrial, Aerospace, Computing Infrastructure, Automotive and Telecom.
• Used to a long and difficult sales cycle with lots of variables.
• Proven new business development wins - able to demonstrate and clearly articulate their sales strategy.
• Excellent knowledge of English, spoken as well as written.

• Highly motivated and optimistic.
• Self-started and problem-solver.
• Great interpersonal/social skills together with presentation skills.
• Well organized and structured.
• A high degree of work ethic.
• Willing to travel extensively.
