hela Sverige We are looking for a Business Development Manager for SAP Service line responsible for the following
• Regional revenue growth - SAP Services with specific focus on SAP HANA, SAP BW, Suite on HANA, S/4 HANA, embedded BW, SAP HEC, SAP Business Objects and SAP BPC, SAP BPC embedded in SAP BW and HANA Hadoop integration ,
• SAP Alliance interface to leverage and maintain the relationship for customer's benefit
• Advisory interface to existing customers and prospects
• Client presentations/meetings to discuss and finalize solution options
• Drive Local recruitment and SAP Services Unit development
• Presales Lead to own large bid pursuits with regular workshops, negotiations, Solution, RoI and TCO discussions etc.
• Maintaining and improving relationships with customer/prospects
• Create account strategy based on performance, financial targets, for a one to three year period
• Lead solution development efforts to address customer pain points
• Responsible along with the other sales team for growth and performance per the revenue and profitability targets for SAP HANA and SAP Business Intelligence and Performance Management technologies including SAP HANA, SAP BW and SAP Business Objects and SAP BPC portfolio
• Advisory on SAP HANA infrastructure including HANA Sizing, Architecture options e.g. System replication, Storage replication, HANA extended tables, Near line storage and hosting options like HEC
• Responsible to achieve customer satisfaction and similar organization goals
• Drive the creation of annual business plan/strategy where in the targets for the following Financial Year (Revenue, People) are finalised together with the strategy to achieve the same
• Provide consulting services to the customers of TCS Nordics and Europe in general
• Develop value added consulting solutions and offerings
• Work with TCS customers and prospects provide them opportunities to benefit from TCS thought leadership
• Identify new opportunities in market and convert into Go To Market initiatives
• Perform Solution Architect role and liaise with other internal groups in driving the completion of RFP responses
• Manage the learning and development of the teams involved in serving Nordic and European customers
A successful candidate would have the following skills:
• Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering
• Fluent in English. Knowing Nordic languages is a plus
• Experience in management consulting, sales and pre-sales
• Deep understanding and knowledge of SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects, SAP BPC and SAP BW
• Deep understanding on SAP HANA infrastructure and deployment Architecture and HEC
• Very good knowledge & understanding of Business Intelligence and Performance Management concepts with detailed understanding of all the tools and technologies in the market
• Experience and detailed understanding of BIG Data and Data Mining Technologies.
• Experience of working with CxO level client stakeholders
• Experience in developing consulting offerings and solutions
• Experience of delivery management in an Onsite/ Offshore model
