hela Sverige We are now looking for a Business Development Manager for our Market Advocacy Group, Europe. The purpose of the role is to build and proactively carry out Consultative selling of Market offerings leveraging TCS' Digital Solutions, Platform and Services offerings for existing and prospective clients in the European Market. Travel 50 % of the time within Europe can be expected. The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and execute the Business Development strategy for Data-led Service offerings across Europe
• Carry out Offering design, market development and sales with a mandate to scale offerings to cover a greater portfolio of Accounts across Europe
• Contextualize TCS' Data led offerings across Industry verticals and Business segments
• Carry out Consultative selling that facilitates clients to visualize and create value from Data, leveraging technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Industrial IoT, Data Landscape Modernization, Public Cloud adoption, etc.
• Anchor discussions with Executive, Business and IT stakeholders to drive alignment on Strategic organizational ambitions by communicating key targeted outcomes, timeline expectations, costs, risks and mitigation plans, key trade-offs, dependencies, etc.
• Perform Business planning, Strategic partnership management and monitoring the Sales pipeline for Data led offerings.
• Conceptualize and shape the Data driven Transformation programs for TCS' customers across continental Europe
PROFILE
You have a minimum of 8 years' experience with IT Services providers in global and multi-cultural environments. You have experience working with CxO and Senior Executive stakeholders within Enterprise organisations to develop Data strategy and roadmap for Transformation programs such as Innovative Product Development, Servitization, Business Model transformation, unlocking new Revenue Streams, Hyper-Personalization and Sustainability. Also, you have expected to have experience of the following:
• Leading Transformation programs from Lead/Prospect stage to success stories through various stages like Conceptualization, Product or Platform strategy, leveraging start-up/partner ecosystems, Proof-of-Concept creation, scaled agile development all the way to Enterprise adoption.
• Crafting and presenting Product or Platform strategies and its benefits to Executive stakeholders, Business Sponsors and Digital leadership for their alignment, commitment and sponsorship.
• Facilitating critical and strategic decision making within Client organizations by presenting feasible alternatives, helping with its prioritization, evaluation of risks and providing recommendations with supporting data and evidence.
• Working independently as well as part of a larger team in the organization.
Key skills for this role are:
• Ability to create Market specific offerings leveraging TCS' Digital Solutions, Platform and Services offerings for the European Market
• Ability to discuss and present Business as well as Technology trends and challenges with Executive stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of Digital technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Internet of Things, Big Data, Public Cloud, Cyber Security, Augmented and Virtual Reality, etc.
• Good working knowledge of the Global IT Services and Technology provider ecosystem.
• High level of spoken and written fluency in English as well as excellent presentation, story-telling and negotiation skills.
