Right now, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and brand activation together with lifestyle partners, both on a global level and across Europe on a regional level.
This role is based in one of our offices in Stockholm (HQ), Paris or London.
What you'll do
As Business Development Manager for our lifestyle channel you will both work with existing partners and develop new partnerships that are a great match to our brands. We include resellers in segments like fashion, interior and sports under the umbrella of lifestyle. We believe in the magic of meeting our customers and being available to buy in unexpected but highly relevant channels on- and offline.
• Manage the sales relationship with some partners that are available on a global level
• Manage the lifestyle channel in Europe, distribution and reseller partners
• Together with brand teams define lifestyle channel strategy, key partnerships and product segmentation
• Together with brand teams define and execute plans to drive awareness and credibility in the lifestyle channel
• Provide insights and needs to product team of future product opportunities and requirements
• Work close with B2B channel team to find synergies and joint opportunities
• Constantly evolve and optimize partner network and look for new opportunities
You will report to our Sales Director for EMEA.
Who we're looking for

You enjoy working in an entrepreneurial and creative environment that require customer centric mindset. Last but not least: You are interested in music, fashion, design, future trends and technology.
You probably have the following experiences & skills
• Strong experience in working with lifestyle channel ideally with established network in the industry
• Strong understanding of brand building through carefully managed distribution
• Proven track record of building strong business relationships with resellers and distributors in an international environment
• Great interpersonal and relationship-building skills and the ability to form strong relationships and trust with different stakeholders within and outside the organisation
• Fluent in English
