Incluso is looking for a Business Development Manager - Healthcare Services to join DFSI-IDTM in Stockholm.

Position Focus:
The Business Development Manager - Healthcare Services is a key contributor to DFSI-IDTM's growing Healthcare Services offering - especially within decentralized clinical trials and direct-to-patient services. The person in this role will operate in a fast-paced work environment, contribute creative solutions to challenges, and effectively communicate with team members and clients to achieve any mission, anytime, anywhere. Contributions include developing and implementing plans for DFSI-IDTM as a healthcare provider; identify and close new business; and be part of a growing unit. The Business Development Manager will be an integral part of a small team with the clear mission of building a new area within Healthcare Services, most of it from scratch. It is important that this person thrives and excels working in such an environment.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Devise and implement strategies to develop and grow healthcare service offerings and drive new business geared towards direct-to-patient services.
Execute business development plans with accountability to timelines, milestones, metrics, and reporting.
Draft and submit responses to RFPs.
Create pitch decks and supporting sales and marketing materials.
Identify and attend critical business development events within the healthcare services space.
Build and develop client and partner networks in Sweden and internationally
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as required.

Summary of Qualifications:
To successfully perform this role, the individual must be very client and sales driven, an effective communicator, down-to-earth and self-directed. He/She must uphold the company vision, possess strong integrity, and have a desire to serve our clients, clinical network, and colleagues. Essential requirements include:

Minimum of 3 years business development and sales background within the healthcare, pharmaceutical and/or clinical trials/service space with proven track record.
Minimum education level of a BSc/BA in healthcare administration, health sciences or relevant field.
Connections within clinical research and an understanding of what CROs / pharmaceutical demands when it comes to decentralized clinical trials and direct-to-patient services.
Excellent knowledge of standards and regulations in Swedish and preferably global healthcare.
Ability to start projects and services from scratch.
High documented proficiency in identifying, qualifying, and converting leads.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid understanding of budgeting and pricing.
Highly credible, ethical, and persuasive interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Swedish.
