Introduction

Working as a B2B business development manager selling consultancy services is an extremely diverse sales role. No two clients' needs for software personnel are identical. You'll have to move extremely fast whilst keeping a close eye on the market. Technology and company requirements can change quickly!

About the position

Everyone joining the Finna Group starts as a researcher until they're confident in their knowledge of the market and the services we offer. You'll then move on to business development.

Tasks include:
Mapping out the market - building up your knowledge of local businesses and their projects/requirements
Speaking with C level managers and selling in consulting and recruiting services
Chasing down hot leads received from our candidate-delivery teams
Working closely with existing clients to understand their projects and selling consulting services accordingly
Working closely with the sales director to make sure we're offering the most versatile and diverse solutions we can


You will receive leading training from both internal and external resources to make sure you're the best you can be.
You'll learn everything you can about the market and the technology, you sell within, which will give you the confidence to be the best BDM you can be.
