Selling those new projects in the target countries. The ideal candidate have already many of the needed connections
Management of Projects in all aspects from project start to successful conclusion. In many cases this includes, together with the Owner & CEO, negotiations with sub-contractors or partners
High level of autonomy while reporting to the Owner & CEO
" Work experience: At least 5 years of Business development, technical development and Project Management. Ideally Consultancy as well.
" Knowledge: Deep knowledge of industrial processes in the target markets and areas is needed. Strong project management and project execution skills. High level of proficiency at economic, market and business case analysis. Some experience of sales and commercial development processes is ideal.
" Competencies: Highly motivated self-starter with a commercial mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit, able to work well in a network structure and enlist the support of peers and key stakeholders. A team-worker that is comfortable in different environments and cultures. Honesty and reliability are values that is a major part of the company's trade-mark and the candidate must fully encompass these values
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science (Metallurgy or Industry- Mechanical Engineering) and MBA.
Mikael Forsberg Consultancy AB has existed for more than 5 successful years. The consultants in the company have worked in the Telecommunication and med-tech area with projects, as consultant and in different Management positions for over 30 years. This in many countries e.g. Azerbaijan, Botswana, Denmark, Lithuania, Norway, Spain and Sweden. Mikael Forsberg Consulting have worked with clients from different countries including the above and the US.
Now it is time to take an exciting new step and develop new fields, get more people onboard and acquire new clients. These new project fields include Oil/gas, Mining, Water/waste water and Power but depending on you we could together develop other project areas as well.
