PLM Group is now looking for a new Business Development Coordinator (BDC) who will have the opportunity to support one of their teams to make their daily work more efficient and more successful. Duties
PLM group is growing and to keep up our improvement we now need a person that is "daring to succeed" by taking on the challenge as our Business Development Coordinator. As this is a new role at PLM group you will have the opportunity to be a part of constructing it partly to suit you and the organisation. You will be working in a small team of Business Development Managers where you will be supporting but also encourage them in their daily work to close deals by:
Perform administrative tasks associated with sales opportunities
• Data entry, reporting and calendar management
• Use CRM system to prompt for follow up of tasks prior to expected completion date
Coordinate and route non-administrative tasks within our organisation
• Product demos to Technical Specialists
• Requirement discovery and solution design to Solution Managers
• Minor sales opportunities to Internal sales
• Larger sales opportunities from Internal sales to Value Solutions
We have a long-term expectation of you having a part in the sales process in the future.
Education/Experience
We are looking for someone who is driven to give great service and always is thinking one step ahead. You appreciate to create your own directions for your work and with needless to say, great results. We believe you have a high school degree and a few years of experience of a similar role where, coordinating, administrating and/or sales have been a part of your daily work. Moreover, you are fluent in spoken and written English and feel comfortable working in a diverse IT environment as MS Office 365 and CRM systems.
To thrive in the role as our Business Development Coordinator you easily find the right balance in prioritizing and communicate as well as you have a sense of business. In your daily work, you will contribute to bringing the team together, by making sure you are striving and reaching for the same goals but also daring to push your coworkers/team forward. In addition to the above you also have a strong eye for sales.
