Plejd is a fast-growing Swedish tech company that develops products and services for smart lighting and home automation.

We are looking for a business development assistant that will support the Internationalization team. The team is focusing on expansion to new markets internationally and we need someone who likes a work environment that varies every day. We believe that you are a doer, take initiative, and can work independently. You are service-minded and would not hesitate to take on any task to support the team. You are structured and pay attention to details.

You will work with tasks including:

• Assist in data collection and analysis process
• Internal system administration
• Support in test campaigns
• Administration of international operations set up in new markets
• Participate in different projects and events

We are looking for someone who has/is:

• BSc in business administration, marketing, or similar field
• Experience from working with administrative tasks in an international environment
• Fluent in Swedish and English both written and spoken
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar applications
• Great communication skills
• Able to travel a few times per quarter.

Also beneficial:

• Fluency in other European languages in speech and writing
• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
