We are looking for someone who just can't wait to develop our business - by analyzing and creating business models, carrying out financial evaluation of M&A prospects as well as communicating on an excellent level with our management team and external contacts such as banks and due diligence partners.
You might have studied Industrial Engineering or Finance and have worked with M&A and business development for about 3-5 years - but if you think you are perfect for this role and have another background, we welcome your application!
What will the role be like?
The aim of this role will be to Support Group M&A activities as well as Business Units local M&A activities to enable HMS to scale up the M&A growth agenda. We think that you love a challenge and get excited by the idea of forming your role largely on your own.
