WHAT YOU'LL DO
Volvo Cars HR is responsible for driving the company's strategic agenda of becoming the Employer of Choice and "Bringing out the best" for each of the employees at Volvo Cars. HR Business Office is the strategy- and governance function of HR, working closely with HR's leaders to set targets and build an organization that is truly up to the task.
In the role of Business Development Analyst you will:
* Be internal auditor for HR and Volvo Cars, internal/external audit coordinator for the HR function.
* Participate in corporate audit council where you represent HR, report HR audits and results, share best practice and be part of development of corporate audit procedures.
* Support HR's development and maintenance of HR 's part of Business Management System, making sure that it is effective and lives up to ISO 9001/14001 standards.
* Participate in corporate business management system council where you represent HR and are a part of developing of Volvo Cars business management system.
* Work together with your colleagues in HR Business Office with business development for the HR function, including enhancing organizational set-up and way of working.
