Photocure ASA is a Norwegian pharmaceutical company listed on Oslo Stock Exchange (PHO). Business Development/Alliance Manager (Location for the position is OSLO, Norway)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Alliance Manager in Photocure ASA. This is a unique opportunity to join one of Norway's fastest growing medical companies. The Alliance Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing the relationship with existing and future strategic external partners. The objectives will be to ensure proactive, consistent and transparent interactions across all functional teams to streamline the business and contractual aspects of Photcure's key strategic partners.

Key responsibilities:

Proactively identifies and manage near and long term relationships, broad and deep, to foster realization of global potential for pipeline and existing products between Photcure and strategic partners.
Advocate/champion for the external partners within Photocure
Facilitate alignment of expectations and deliver on agreed results for the partners and Photcure
Be a consistent interface for the external partners
Develop a high level of trust within the partner organization and Photocure
Identify and secure key additional assets as required to support the franchise
Key Tasks:

Mobilize, facilitate, lead, energize cross functional teams to deliver results for the brands
Create and nurture an environment of transparency, collaboration and open communication
Take the lead on identifying and resolving issues, gaining consensus and alignment and driving to resolution both with partners and with Photcure teams
Manages cross functional, cross business teams to facilitate issue resolution
Direct the governance activities of all pertinent alliances
Demonstrate impact and influence at all levels of the organization with an ability to build consensus
Develops credibility with partners and within Photcure
Helps to identify strategic opportunities of the partnership.
Key Requirements:

3-5 years of international experience and success within the life science industry, within business development and/or sales and marketing with experience from establishing and driving cross functional teams.
University degree within life science or business
Business oriented, strategic and analytical mindset
Excellent communicator in English, preferably 1-2 more languages
A solid track record
Ability to operate in a matrix organization
The role is based in the company's headquarters in Oslo, Norway. The ideal candidate should live or be willing to move in commuting distance. Photocure ASA offer a challenging and exciting role in one of Norway's fastest growing medical companies.
