Do you have an interest for inhouse sales within the technical area? Are you a driven teamplayer with good communicative skills and want to be a part of a global company? Then this might be the position for you!

Our customer is a distributor of electronics in the Nordic region. Their range includes upwards of 200,000 different products from well-known brands such as Fluke, Honeywell, Omron and others as well as their own brand. The company has more than 50 years of experience in the industry and is part of a European organization with several sales offices around Europe. Together, they have more than 1 million customers and a total of about 400 employees. We are now looking for a Nordic- speaking Business Development Agent to their head office in Kista, who will be part of the Sales team with start in January 2021. In this role you report to the Sales Manager in Stockholm.

As a Business Development Agent your main responsibility is to grow existing and new customers through inbound sales activities and you are pairing up with and supporting a Business Development Manager who is working on the field, focused on the Nordic districts in Norway, Finland and Denmark. Your main tasks include:

• Handling incoming requests through calls and e-mails
• Outgoing calls to B2B - customers
• Lead identification, qualification, contracting and consulting
• Opportunity generation, quoting and deal closing

This is a direct recruitment, which means that you will be directly employed by our customer and StudentConsulting is responsible for the recruitment process. For this position you work during office hours, Monday - Friday 08.00 - 16.30. You work at the customer's regional head office in Kista and start with an introduction.

Profil
Requirements for this position is that you have a completed high school education and have a few years' experience within customer service or B2B sales. It is a benefit if you have worked in similar roles and have a background within technical sales or knowledge of electronical components. We are looking for you who have fluent language skills in Norwegian, Finnish, Danish or Swedish as well as in English. The requirements for the position are speaking and writing fluently in one the Nordic-speaking languages and English. If you have a technical interest or experience of selling technical products in a company that works within electronics, this is a strong merit for the position.

As a Business Development Agent you have a technical interest, good service qualities and are business-oriented. Furthermore, you have a good habit of working at a high work pace, are driven and have a good system habit. If you have experience of working in SAP- systems, this is a strong merit for the position. To fit into this role, you are a customer-oriented team player who is used to work with both digital tools and international teams.
