As Business Developer you combine functional expertise with a strategic and holistic business perspective to be able to identify and drive new business opportunities. It's your responsibility to evaluate current business performance and identify ways to maximize business potential. You will also coordinate with stakeholders and colleagues to support alignment cross organization.
Area specific responsibilites:
Responsible for development of strategies, methods, tools and best practices
Responsible to compile data, insights and conduct research to understand performance of relevant part of the portfolio from P&L, customer and branding perspective
Defines and shares overall challenges and opportunities
Owns Store Concept / Format that is attributable to defined part of the portfolio. Initiates formats developments and oversees store format constant improvement and implementation.
Defines Business Purpose of the format and development direction
Qualifications
5+ years experience working with business and data analysis
Experience in developing and / or evaluating business cases
Proven experience setting a structured approach to solving problems and converting insights into actionable recommendations
You have effective communication skills with strong stakeholder management experience
You are self-motivated and take ownership to learn and to seek opportunities to improve ways of working
You have a degree in business administration or engineering
