hela Sverige ALTEN Gothenburg is now expanding and seeking a new member to join our in-house team working with business development within Multiphysics simulation.
We are looking for you who has a background within CAE and a great passion for physics and mathematics and have background within fluid structure interaction, structural analysis, acoustics, non-linear materials, electromagnetics, RF antenna design or fluid handling in porous media.

You are enthusiastic over solving problems and using your creativity to find new solutions.
Recent increases in computational power are opening research areas that our customers is willing to investigate, offering a cost effective alternative to testing or experiments. With knowledge in physiology with appropriate validation, the Finite Element Method, Computational Fluid Dynamics, acoustic simulations and Electro Magnetic Calculations offer great tools for a better understanding of the interaction between different physics. It also involves development of smart algorithms for optimization.
ALTEN's CAE team is currently working with several projects for some of the largest Life Science and Automotive companies in Scandinavia. Our mission includes the creation of multiphysics models and simulations to investigate how the different physics interact to be able to create even better product understanding as well as the interaction with the end users.
We are looking to find the right competence to join our work with:
• Help us develop our business within Multiphysics.
• Supporting our customers to define the appropriate scopes and resources for their needs.
• Performing literature reviews of the state-of-art using scientific journals and standardised methods.
• Developing methods including creation of FE, FSI or CFD models from CAD model and validation of the models against relevant data.
• Performing FE, FSI, CFD, RF or EMC analysis and effectively communicate the results to the customers.
• Recommending potential optimisation of products.
