Tieto Technology Services & Modernization (TSM) focuses on simplifying and optimizing customers' IT. We see technology modernization as the prime enabler for customers to drive efficiency in current businesses and build new revenue streams. Our role is to actively advise our customers and help them realize their digital ambition and modernize their IT landscape.
In this role you will be responsible for identifying new service areas for TSM, aligning and cooperating within TSM and with Tieto Industry Groups. You will be working with market research and customer need identification in that area and you would be expected to perform the initial pilot for the identified areas and perform the needed solution detailing in the areas. Furthermore you will be suggesting organization ownership for service area and securing handover plan and participate and lead programs and initiatives securing operational efficiency in TSM.

What we are looking for
We are looking for a young professional that are interested in working in the IT industry and committed to learn and grow. Motivation, pro-activeness, open-minded attitude, an ability to bring in new innovate ideas and a willingness to drive change are characteristics we are searching for. You are graduating soon or having an academic degree with maximum two years of post-education working experience. Interesting experiences from projects or part time jobs will make you even more of interest. You are fluent in both written and spoken English and also speaks one of the Nordic languages; Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish.
