About the jobYou will play a key role in enabling Minna Technologies' rapid growth. Through deep insight into industries ranging from mobile subscriptions to electricity, your work will help inform product- and sales strategy on new markets. In a phase of rapid expansion, you will establish best practices within a wide range of areas, such as e-signature solutions and buildinging networks of supplier partners.
You will be working closely with Product Management and Sales as a member of a cross-functional team. In this team, you will be the go-to person for competitor information and market trends within various subscription based industries. You will also be interacting with potential partners to ensure their needs - as well as that of the end-users' - are met.
What we are looking forWe'd like that you have experience from growing businesses and international expansion, ideally within the Fintech industry.
The role requires excellent communications skills and a knack for creating alignment between different roles. Sales experience will be beneficial since you will be interacting with future partners and external parties.
Structure and smart processes come naturally to you. Both in terms of structuring your own work but also in terms of great communication.
To thrive here, you need to embrace constant change. In order to adapt to changing market needs and company priorities, you will need to have an agile mindset.
Understanding product innovation, identifying customer needs and working in a structured way with lots of transparency will be important in your role. Queen/King of analysis!
