hela Sverige Instabox is a growing tech startup that wants to change the logistics industry. We deliver your parcel to one of our smart boxes, seven days a week, as it should be. You pick it up with a pin code, without ever having to spend a second waiting in line.
We started in 2015 with the first line of code written in a small basement in Stockholm. Today, we can proudly say that we still write our own code and that we now have over 300 smart boxes across the country.
Oh, and did we mention that our users are super-mega-extra-happy? No joke! (They rate us 4.9 out of 5 on average).
We break new ground on a daily basis and our users keep getting amazed by our fast and convenient express deliveries. To facilitate our future growth, we are now looking to strengthen our strategic team with a Business Developer. If you want to play a pivotal role in our future journey, this is the job for you!
Job Description
As a Business Developer you will help drive our long-term agenda, while ensuring we capture opportunities along the way. You will act as a support to our Chief Strategic Officer, helping to formulate and deliver on our strategic plans. Being a startup, we have an opportunistic approach, meaning that we constantly evaluate and take advantage of opportunities that arises along the way. You will take part in this process by identifying, assessing and acting on ideas to improve the business. Many of growth opportunities are realized in collaboration with our customers, which is why articulating the ideas in a clear and attractive manner will be an important part of your job.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Assess new opportunities (service offerings, geographies, sales projects, geographies, partnership etc.)
• Develop the ideas to well thought-through proposals, and clearly articulate these in presentations that can be brought to potential partners
• Help make ideas happen!
• Define what needs to be done (and by whom) in order to materialize the ideas
• Proactively resolve any issues that may stand in the way of executing our ideas
• Help guide our internal cross-functional teams in their roles in realizing the ideas
You will report to and work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an analytical, result-oriented and positive person who gets motivated by exploring new opportunities in a fast-moving environment. You enjoy developing ideas and clearly articulating their elements and benefits in presentations. You are a true team player, with strong communicative and interpersonal skills.
What you will need:
• 2-3 years of experience within one of the top tier consultancy firms, performance-driven marketing/communication/PR firms or from playing a pivotal role in a successful startup
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and/or Keynote
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Strong ownership/initiative and project management skills
