hela Sverige The Hydro Portfolio Development team is responsible for developing the Fortum hydro fleet consisting of 160 plants in Sweden and Finland. We develop the fleet in line with our corporate strategy, leveraging our benchmark level asset development and operational competence and experience. We are looking to recruit a top performing Business Developer to be based in Sweden or Finland. In this role you will be a key team member taking our fleet flexibility to the next level by driving the deployment of our new innovative flexibility solutions. You will collaborate daily with senior team members, key functions such as investments, maintenance and innovation as well as Trading & Asset Optimization and digitalisation teams We offer youThe position gives you the opportunity to work at the forefront of innovation in hydro with a high degree of freedom planning and implementing you work. You will belong to a team of highly skilled experts and report to the Head of Portfolio Development. Your qualificationsTo thrive in this position you need technical depth. A degree in Electrical Engineering preferably specialising in innovation is required. Experience of control system development in hydro power and battery solutions is definitely to your advantage. You proceed in a structured way, have strong analytical and presentation skills.Excellent English is a requirment while Swedish or Finnish language skills are to your advantage.
