We have been leading the wireless transformation within the lighting industry and are now also enabling connectivity for the Internet of Things (IoT) and M2M. We currently have an annual turnover of 55 MSEK and our offices are located in Gothenburg and Frankfurt. The company was founded with a clear vision of how wireless technology will change the world and we are now searching for talented people to be a part of our exiting journey Creating Connectivity for a Better Tomorrow.
We are now looking for our next Superstar to join an already amazing team! Based out of Lumenradio 's HQ in Gothenburg you will be responsible for taking them to a new exciting market within Smart Lightning. They have identified the market and have taken initial steps towards new partners, but it is up to you to drive the development within this area. This means you will be spending the majority of your time contacting new partners who you think would be a good fit for Lumenradio, on boarding them and continue to develop the partnership.
Our partners are found all over the world which means you will be traveling to different parts of the world.
Other things you will be spending your days doing in your role as Business Developer includes (in no particular order):
• Plan, implement and evaluate sales strategy
• Identifying and reaching out to new potential partners
• Working towards sales and revenue targets set by the Sales Director
• Regularly meeting with counterparts with partner organisation
• Monthly reporting on sales KPI's
• Giving feedback to the marketing team on the success of sales promotions
• Addressing customer service issues
• Working on cross selling opportunities within the organisation
• Contribute to Lumenradios success by being a proactive member of our team
What we think you have done before
If you have previous experience of driving sales within lightning that is of course a big advantage but otherwise we believe the next Superstar can come from a wide range of backgrounds. The most important things are that you already know what it takes to be successful in selling, know how to talk to people, develop new business, don't mind traveling and like to work hard to achieve our joint goals!
