We're now looking for a customer and service-focused Business Developer in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to join our Research and Development team - someone to focus on the work and development of our global - frequently used - platform ENOVIA. About the job
In this position, you will support, improve and develop the business in the PLM area. You will act as a skilled and knowledgeable team member whose role is to provide the business global PLM support and deliver best practices around the design and implementation of PLM applications and solutions in line with the business requirements. Acting as a link between the users and the developers at the IT department, you're a trusted partner to the business in providing PLM applications and solutions, working alongside the IT business partners, project management office, security and IT operations teams. You're responsible for running and coordinating activities to develop our PLM platform, in order to apply the latest technology, optimize product data and find new solutions that guide our business into the future.
We are looking for you who has worked in Enovia V6 Support and implementation and upgrade activities.
Your job includes:
Review and improve methods, tools, and processes.
Share skills and best practices within your own function and internal networks.
Capture and develop new ideas and apply them in a way that adds value to the business.
Continuously develop your own knowledge and expertise.
Support colleagues in professional growth to increase their capabilities to deliver.
Make decisions within a defined time frame.
Support acceptance testing for customizations and application releases.
Resolving business issues related to product and Designer centrals
Communicate to end user, understand and validate issue.
Create root cause analysis & solution document and provide workarounds in case of system bug.
Handle requests for data add/delete/update/replace related issues and mass data change.
Suggest prioritization of issues to be resolved for Enovia releases
Identify and gather business requirements to develop new or enhance existing service and/or system functionality
Create proposals to enhance integration and synchronization process
Creating and executing MQL & TCL scripts based on request, or to automate frequent requests.
Identify and gather business requirements (in terms of 'Request for change') to develop new or enhance existing service and/or system functionality.
Education and Training of Enovia users.
You can choose working location between Fagersta, Sweden or Pune, India. Some travel is included in the job.
Your profile
To succeed in this role, you need good knowledge of English, both verbal and written, as we operate in a global setting. We're looking for someone with a university degree in Computer Science or relevant education in technology or IT, who has also gained equivalent knowledge and experience from previous work in the PLM area. Experience in managing and administering Siemens environments/ 3D Experience (Enovia) tool integrations with PLM is a must.

Experience in the following frameworks or tools is an asset:
Programming experienced in AEF, ADK, MQL, JPO, TCL
Strong programming and scripting expertise with JDK, JSP, HTML, JavaScript.
Experienced in - Customization of 3DExperience Enovia MatrixOne Central applications.
Programming Skills C, C++, C# and Java desirable
