Do you have passion for Business Development combined with commercial experience in a supply chain and manufacturing context?

Do you have a passion for developing healthy business and have a desire to drive innovative ideas into reality?

To achieve our ambitious growth strategy within Tetra Pak Services, we are depending on being successful in value selling. In this role you will be a part of a dedicated and dynamic team with the mission to developing the Sales Management Capabilities, to support our value selling journey. This is a global role were you will work in close cooperation with our clusters.

The position is based in Lund, Sweden.

Main responsibilities
• Coordinate development and deployment of new service solutions and secure that our solution "smorgasbord" meets customer needs
• Drive development and deployment of sales mgmt related capabilities (people, processes and tools) through projects
• Manage general Business Development activities, e.g. business follow-up






Qualifications


We believe that you have a strong personal drive for results in combination with the ability to lead and motivate others. You have excellent ability to build networks and relationships with other people and cross borders. You are analytical, structured and agile in your approach with great communication skills.

Since this position is about building sales mgmt. capabilities for Tetra Pak's service business, you need to have a solid understanding of both Supply Chain Management in general and Manufacturing, preferably Process Manufacturing. Experience from continuous improvement methodologies and tools in this context is seen as a merit.

You also need a great deal of business and commercial understanding, e.g. through experience from account mgmt., and the skill to transform strategic perspective into operational activities.

We believe you have a Master degree in Engineering or Business Administration with commercial experience. Experience from consultancy related work in Supply Chain / Manufacturing and sales and delivery of technical service is seen as a merit. Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required.
