hela Sverige The role of Specialist Business Development / Partnership Management offers a variety of different tasks and challenges. You will need to combine project management and stakeholder management from a strategic, analytical and practical point of view, including looking at how to implement. The preferred location is Uppsala / Stockholm.
Partnership Management is a department within the Business Development function of Business Area Heat. The Partnership Management team is responsible for positioning Vattenfall in our core markets Berlin, Hamburg, Uppsala and Amsterdam ? but also for positioning Vattenfall in communities/cities where we do not yet run any specific programmes.

Responsibilities
Your responsibility is to strengthen our relationship with different communities and relevant networks within those communities. With the combination of efficient stakeholder management and new business development you are expected to make the difference, bring current and new relationships to a higher level.
Summarized your tasks and responsibilities will be:
• Provide strategic analysis on relevant issues to identify new business opportunities within communities / cities, drive change and enable growth
• Develop positions on relevant issues and prepare related decision material, briefings and presentations
• Implement efficient stakeholder management by developing and implementing a stakeholder strategy together with Operations and Communications
• Develop and facilitate cooperation with the cities and other external business partners and participate in relevant networks.
• Initiate, plan and execute local development projects in cooperation with other functions
• Ensure and monitor delivery of promised cooperation items
Qualifications and personal skills
Working with different stakeholders and different projects requires flexibility, thinking out of the box and underlying composure. You are also not afraid to be critical and challenging to the business. With your sharpness and convincing mind you bring escalations to a good end and achieve your goal.
Furthermore we require
• At least 5 years? experience in business development/strategy/ consulting or equivalent
• Bachelor/Masters in Business Administration, Economics or similar
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Analytical and practical mindset
• Sensitive to various political and strategic interests
• Passion for and insight in the Heat business area, future customer needs and the transition to a sustainable energy system and product portfolio
• Proven project management skills
• Ability to structure and organize implementation of area / business development projects
• Willingness for limited travel when required for business
