Responsibilities
You will be an important key player in the creation of the conditions which will make E.ON the most liked partner for smart energy solutions in the Nordic region. Business Innovation (BI) is a department that is responsible for E.ON Nordics future business portfolio. Business Innovation values high performance, courage to see business opportunities and the drive to make a difference.
Your assignment will be to drive, support, coordinate and promote the development of smart home services as well as the alignment and integration of these within E.ON Sweden. You will be responsible for project management of a total solution where you will be coordinating sourcing of hardware, development of services, marketing and roll-out. Your main focus is to develop the product ideas and the strategy and your goal is to do it on time, on budget and business value delivered with great quality.
As a Business Developer you will be part of a team and together you will drive some of our most exciting and important projects. You will interact within an extensive network, internally and externally, of different stakeholders in an international environment.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position we are looking for you that have proven long experience (>5 years) from business development, product management, sales and/or marketing and a MSc degree in economics, marketing or other relevant field.
You have experience from product management of digital services and have high knowledge of standard technologies and technology trends. In addtion you have project and process development skills from a global environment. You are ready to assume leadership for your area of responsibility and therefore it is a great asset if you have previously worked with leadership in any way.
Further more you understand E.ON business operations and the new challenges in the energy branch. It is crucial that you are a team player with an engaging personality and the ability to work in remote team environment.
You are organized and structured and have a great ability to make things happen based on a strategic mindset. Your approach is solution oriented, pragmatic demanding and you are able to take decisions even in a diverse and dynamic environment. Furthermore you are extroverted and it's beneficial if you have an ability to build strong relationships. It is a requirement that you communicate freely in both Swedish and English, so you can achieve success in negotiations on a global level.
