hela Sverige Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions. Scania has, since a couple of years, started to work more structured with one of the most important digital assets - the information about our Customers.
This initiative is handled within the "QING Master Data Management Customer Program", sponsored by Sales and Marketing, Commercial Operations together with Scania IT.
The main goal is to enable cheaper and more reliable digital solutions around customer and their relations to products and services, which in practise is done by managing the basic most important customer information in a way so that everyone can benefit from it - employees, customers and applications within Scania.
You will work with:
• Investigate new areas of Customer master data management usage trough entire Scania processes and communicate with potential QING MDM stakeholders.
• Outline and evaluate scenarios and business cases for future development of QING MDM
• Share Scania business expertise and knowledge with QING organisation, be part of the agile development, support requirement and refinement
• Evaluate business processes and touch points in relation to Customer master information, in order to improve and secure correct information to and from QING MDM.
• Cooperate with other business developers, architects and experts in order to align the solutions and way of working in cross-competence activities in relation to the Customer information.
• Marketing, training and guiding master data users in Scania cross-organisations who interact with QING MDM solution.
You have:
• Knowledge of the Transport industry and business experience
• Ability to manage complex and multi-task
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Ability to be proactive
• Business experience in systems handling Customer information
• At last three years of working experience relevant to this position
Beneficial if you have:
• User experience working with Scania Customers
• Worked with data and process flows before
• Some experience and understanding of IT at Scania
