Dina arbetsuppgifterThe Role
As a business developer at InnoEnergy Scandinavia you are focused on development within the sustainable energy field with an emphasis on smart grid and energy storage fields. In this role you will create new innovation projects and conceptualize ideas by identifying different business opportunities and finding suitable partners. You are involved in the entire process from prospecting innovative businesses and ideas until submission of project applications, through supporting preparation of proposals. As business developer you will also maintain partnerships with stakeholders from industry and research partners. Furthermore you get the chance to travel and participate in acivities and events including international fairs, conventions and trade shows, to promote the company, exploring opportunities and networking with potential partners. You are selling a concept and co-creation is the key to success in all your encounters.
KvalifikationerYou have/are:
• University degree is a requirement, preferably engineering within the energy and/or sustainability field and/or business management
• Good knowledge about energy technology and energy markets
• 8-10+ years of relevant experience in project management and/or business developement
• Fluent in English is a requirement, Swedish is desirable and any other language is meritorious
• Experience from business development and project sales with focus on B2B is qualifying
To succeed in this role you need to have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and be able to look beyond traditional ways. You have an ever-lasting curiosity for business development and you dare to look beyond traditional ways to find opportunities and conceptualize new ideas from an open minded approach. Furthermore you are very interested in energy and sustainability technology, you see this as a vital question in business and development and you want to contribute as well as create real value to the global environmental health. Thanks to your social skills you are not afraid to stick your nose out and you see networking as an important part to find new opportunities. As the organization is very flat-structured it is important that you are self-going and able to take great responsibility in your duites. Lastly your analytical and strategic skills will come in handy when it comes to understanding new ideas and conceptualizing proposals and co-creating innovation projects.
