hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Chain-Ray AB i Jönköping Our growing company is seeking to hire a Business Developer who will be in charge of development of business plans and strategies, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our other departments (in Taiwan) on lead generation and delivery of mechanical design service.
Business Developer will require the following:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in business developing of B2B.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in selling the Industrial or Mechanical design service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Swedish for Swedish Customers and English for Taiwanese coworkers.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as plastic injection molding, die-casting, sheet metal forming, and CNC machining is a plus(not a must).
Job Description:
1) Design and implement client recruitment strategies and methods with your coworkers in Taiwan.
2) Business development will be made through cold calls /emails, exhibitions, references, and meetings in person.
3) Expand customer base in the sectors of ICT, Industrial, Consumer, and Medical sectors in Sweden.
4) Increase sales of the mechanical design services. Set and meet sales targets quarterly and annually.
5) Manage and resolve major issues that may occur in a timely and professional manner.
6) Work under great personal responsibility and drill deep into the customer's problems to come up with the product requirements with client and team in Taiwan.
7) Negotiate contracts with clients.
