Responsibilities
Edvirt is now entering a phase of expansion where the focus will be on continuing to sell its products to the Nordic countries, as well as establish itself internationally. It's for this expansion phase that the company now needs a new teammate.

The role as Business developer will imply the following responsibilities:

• Identifying new customers and directing sales from the cold call phase to finalised deals.
• Overall responsibility for establishing Edvirt and the 3D Shotcrete Simulator in new markets.
• Establish sales and support collaborations/channels in strategic markets.
• Write marketing plans for selected geographical markets.
• Exhibit at international conferences and fairs.
• Meet sales targets.

Profile
You're an outgoing person that enjoys traveling and meeting new people. You don't need to be knowledgeable about Edvirt's business areas (mining and tunnelling), but you like technical problem solving. You have a MSc with a good academic record from an engineering or business field. Preferably you also think the mining industry and heavy equipment are fun and interesting areas.

You like sales, marketing and business development. You have a mature approach to sales and can easily communicate with people of different seniority levels in corporations. You have experience of B2B sales. You need to be able to handle long and complex sales processes with customers from different countries and cultures.

You preferably speak German and/or Spanish. You're fluent in English.

Moreover you like working in a small organization. Working in a "start-up" is very fun, dynamic and exiting, but requires a lot of personal drive and engagement.

Location and travelling
Gothenburg, Sweden.

The job will require travelling after the initial 1-3 months of introduction. Edvirt's potential customers are spread globally and the business developer will most likely have to spend 1-2 months in Australia during 2014.

Employment
Full-time with 6 months trial employment.

Salary and benefits
To be negotiated.
