We are active in genres like documentary, reality, game shows, lifestyle, drama, TV commercials and branded content. In our studio we are working with the absolute latest technologies in virtual production, such as performance capture, 3D scanning, volumetric video and 3D animation. We produce experiences for internal companies, like Viaplay or Viasat Sport, but also external clients in various industries.
We believe that the future is a magical place where audiences can travel with stories they love between different devices. Now we search for a Business Developer in VP who can bring life into these ideas!
YOUR CHALLENGE
As Business Developer at StudioV you will be responsible to find new projects for our studio that can come to life and create an impact. You will work closely with Engineering Manager, Project Manager and various Content and Marketing Managers within and outside NENT. Together you will shape the future of entertainment and develop stories that people love, regardless of platform. You will be part of a great team of 17 people, where we have a lot of fun and report to our Head of StudioV.
In your work at StudioV you will oversee and manage the full sales cycle from identifying prospective business opportunities, liaising with stakeholders, driving the negotiation, closing the deal to administrative processes (such as invoicing, payment tracking, etc), and works in conjunction with the operations team to ensure implementation of operational delivery processes. At StudioV no day looks the same so you will work in a changing and fast paced environment. You will be part of a team with a start up feeling and a company with strong financial muscles behind.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We believe that you have have experience within business development in a gaming or animation industry. You are an energetic and creative person with passion for game/video engine-based production environment. You have the ability to inspire others and bring energy around you. We think you have great negotiation skills and stakeholder management with the right contacts on the market.
Required skills
• Experience within business development in gaming or animation industry
• Good understanding in game engine-based production environment
• Experience from building, package and develop entertainment IP 's
• Creating budgets and time/project estimation
Desired skills
• The candidate should ideally possess a good bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant field with more than 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing preferably with proven track-record in a similar role in the Media Industry.
• Its a merit that the candidate has prior international work experience and has a network and access to key executives in multi-national corporations
