No matter where businesses operate, we deliver a checkout experience that meets the needs of both merchants and shoppers – driving growth globally."About the position as Business DeveloperAs a Business Developer at Kustom, you will target SME clients in the e-commerce sector, selling Kustom's market-leading digital payment solution. By building strong partnerships, you will tailor solutions to meet each customer's unique needs and drive long-term business growth. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and product demos, contract negotiations, and deal closures. While nurturing existing relationships, you will place strong emphasis on acquiring new clients and accelerating growth for both Kustom and the Norwegian market.The role is based at the Stockholm headquarters and involves close collaboration with teams across Commercial, Live Solutions, and other key functions. It offers a unique opportunity to join a highly ambitious, entrepreneurial, and fast-growing organization.Your main responsibilities:
Drive sales to SME e-commerce clients, managing the full sales cycle from outreach to deal closure.
Build strong customer relationships, tailor solutions to client needs, and grow Kustom's presence in the Norwegian market.
Collaborate with teams in Norway and Stockholm to achieve business goals.
About youWe are looking for a candidate with previous B2C or B2B sales experience, ideally within tech, financial services, or fintech, although other B2B sales backgrounds will also be considered. You should be confident in cold calling, comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone, and motivated by building new business opportunities. We are seeking someone who is eager to learn, develop, and grow into a top-performing Account Executive. Fluency in Norwegian and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
As a person, you are outgoing, energetic, and genuinely passionate about B2B sales. You are driven by results and thrive in a target-oriented environment where you can challenge yourself and perform at your best under pressure. With a flexible mindset, you easily adapt to different business environments, customer needs, and market dynamics. Furthermore, you possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a natural ability to establish strong relationships with prospective clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Experience in B2C or B2B sales, with an interest in customer acquisition and business development.
Confidence in cold calling and a proactive approach to creating new business opportunities.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and establish relationships with prospective clients.
Full professional proficiency in Norwegian and fluent communication skills in English.
Meritorious:
Experience from a tech, fintech, or financial services environment.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, or international business environment.
