Plejd is expanding the internationalization team to further grow into the global market. The position is located in our Mölndal, Sweden office and includes travel internationally, mostly within Europe. We are looking for a talented person who is driven and hungry for developing our international markets. Here is where you come into the picture!

You will mostly be:

• Focusing on entering and opening up new markets across Europe. New markets include new countries and new market segments.
• Establishing necessary contacts and partners for a successful market entry.
• Working with many other departments and functions across the Plejd organization.
• Following and developing the market entry plan and entry processes.
• Spending time with electricians and wholesalers.
• Bridging the gap between the new markets and the rest of the Plejd organization.

You need experience in the areas of:

• A few years in international sales, marketing and business development within an international work environment.
• Market planning and implementation of market entry plans.
• The electrical products industry, preferably within the wholesaler channels.
• Passion for technology and an understanding of electrical products.
• Skill-sets and understanding across several different areas e.g., legal, finance, human resources, sales, product development, marketing.
• Business degree and/or business acumen.
• You are driven and pragmatic.
• Fluent in English. If you speak other languages, you'll get a gold star.
• You are structured and pay attention to details.

You possess talents like:

• Passion for technology and an understanding of electrical products.
• Skill-sets and understanding across several different areas e.g., legal, finance, human resources, sales, product development, marketing.
• Business degree and/or business acumen.
• You are driven and pragmatic.
• Fluent in English. If you speak other languages, you'll get a gold star.
• You are structured and pay attention to details.
