We are looking for a Business developer with a marketing angle to support further growth and expansion. You will work closely with the co-founders and become part of the core team of FindSourcing. Together with the CEO you will set a strategy for how we can address new potential clients through the different channels we are present in but also formulate, drive and implement new activities. You will also support other activities related to supplier and buyer management with stakeholders all over the globe to create successful partnerships bringing new products to life.
The person we are looking for appreciates both a hands on and management approaches but lean a bit more towards management. You are eager to learn and don 't fear trial and error when taking own initiatives. You have a strong interest for how digital solutions can lead the way for the future and are motivated by seeing your suggestions getting implemented. Responsibilities
• Communication, feedback and follow up with brands globally
• Setting up and monitoring KPIs for the sales and customer journey.
• Together with the co-founders and designer give input on the FS platform development: on functionality and user experience.
• Identify new collaboration partners, organizations, brands and manufacturers.
• Mentor and act as a role model for team members in areas such as communication, prioritization and quality of work.
• Assist the CEO on projects and ad hoc assignments
Qualifications
• Strong interest for fashion, trends and footwear
• Background/interest/apitite in marketing and customer conversion.
• Insight in brands and supply chain management in the fashion industry.
• Embrace change in a fast-paced environment with the ability to use initiative.
• Be able to multi-task with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Comfortable working with MS Excel and Powerpoint
Nice-to-haves
• 1-2 years working in a buying organization within the fashion industry
• A Degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Supply Chain management
• Advanced level of MS Excel (VBA knowledge)

Once we identify the right candidate we will proceed to hire that person as soon as possible.
Start date: End of Jan 2022 (but flexible depending on candidate)
Work extent: Full time, permanent position with a six months probationary period
Location: Central Gothenburg, flexible on-site/remote (3-4 days/week on-site expected)
