This division develop, sell, design, produce and deliver a comprehensive range of reliable and high efficiency motors and generators for a wide range of applications on a global market.
In this position, you will head up our business development and report directly to the global business line manager.
Your responsibilities
The main responsibility would be to drive the execution of our strategy towards 2030. It includes both developing the strategy as well as execution of strategic initiatives and communication.
The job contains a big variation of tasks but can include topics like sustainability, developing proposals for M&A, customer partnering dialogues and support in many other ongoing marketing as well as operations-oriented initiatives.
Your background
You hold a M.Sc. university degree in engineering.
You have at least 5 years' track record on a local division management team level and preferably also a global management experience.
You have a deep strategic as well as commercial knowledge.
As a person, you will best be described as, customer focused, structured, communicative and with a full commitment to integrity.
You are known for your skills in developing new opportunities and positive attitude towards people and change.

The Large Motors and Generators Division offers a comprehensive product portfolio of large AC motors and generators. From general purpose to highly customized designs, synchronous motors and high voltage induction motors provide high efficiency, reliability and availability across all major industries and applications, including some in the toughest and most Project Manager demanding environments. The division also has a long track record of designing and building generators for wide range of industries, including power generation, marine, oil and gas, mining, and data centers.
