In addition to our core service home cleaning, we also offer moving service, gardening service, childcare and handyman services - all to simplify and enhance our customers' everyday life and to allow more leisure time.
After many years of double-digit growth, a major digital transformation and an ongoing service portfolio extension, we are now facing the next phase in our growth journey. Since the autumn of 2021, the investment company Fidelio Capital is the majority owner of Hemfrid and our goal now is to heavily intensify our growth, further broaden our service portfolio and expand into new markets in order to simplify and enhance more customers' everyday lives. To enhance that work, we are now looking for a Business Developer who will be part of our Strategy & Innovation team.
Your work assignments
In the role as a Business Developer, you will take an active role in developing Hemfrid towards our vision of being a world-leading home service platform by leading projects and initiatives linked to our strategic agenda. As the role is a generalist role, you are expected to be able to tackle a number of different challenges and independently drive the work towards the desired deliverables and effects, with emphasis on two types of projects:
• Larger strategic projects and programs with high degree of complexity and many stakeholders inside and outside the organization
• Development of new services for both new and existing customers, from conceptualization and packaging to financially sustainable, finished product ready for scaling in the remaining organization
Your work will require you to interact with multiple teams and various levels of the organization, with emphasis on our business and function managers. As Hemfrid is in an expansive phase with strong growth and heightened ambitions, the role is expected to be continuously reshaped over time to meet the changing needs. You are working independently in this role and report directly to the Head of Strategy & Innovation.
Your profile
In order to be successful in this role you will need to have proven experience from complex problem solving and project management. Your background may be from management consulting or similar role at a rapidly growing company where you have coordinated a lot of moving parts in order to deliver tangible results. You are highly independent in thinking and framing problems and have outstanding communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
In addition to that, we see that you:
• +4 years of work experience within Corporate Development, Strategy or management consulting
• Documented project management experience
• A master's degree in business, engineering or similar
• Experience from B2C subscription services
• Proven experience in identifying and initiating business opportunities and driving and closing complex multidimensional deals that include Product and Tech resources from start to finish
• Have a creative mindset to find innovative ways to maximize value
• Advanced user in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
• Excellent Swedish and English communication skills
